Publishing Your Game
This section outlines the steps for creating a bot on Telegram, uploading your game via t-PlotBot, and managing your bot.
Creating a Bot on Telegramβ
To create a bot, follow these steps:
- Open Telegram and search for the user BotFather.
- Start a chat with BotFather by sending
/start
. - Use the
/newbot
command to create a new bot. - Follow the instructions to choose a name and username for your bot (the username must end with "bot").
- Once the bot is created, BotFather will provide you with a token. Save this token; you will need it later to upload your build.
Uploading Your Buildβ
- Complete all the necessary configurations in t-Plot Builder.
Enabling and Disabling Your Botβ
You can enable or disable your bot using the Enable and Disable buttons.
- When the bot is enabled, you can visit it on Telegram and start the game.
- Your bot will remain active for 3 hours after being enabled. After this time, it will automatically shut down to conserve resources. The exception is bots with games published in the catalog.
Publishing to the Catalogβ
If you want to submit your game for inclusion in the catalog, click the Submit to Catalog button. After review, your game may be added to the catalog, or we will contact you for additional details.
To publish in the catalog, you need to fill in the following fields:
Catalog Viewβ
Catalog Pictureβ
Select an image from the media directory to serve as the botβs avatar in the catalog.
Catalog Titleβ
Enter the bot's name as it will appear in the catalog.
Excerptβ
Provide a brief description of the bot for display in the catalog.
Descriptionβ
Include a more detailed description of the bot, which will be displayed in the catalog.
